SIRU as a service

SIRU project in Protomo is searching a team to design and develop a web service and database back end for the clients of the new company to use. The database contains application specific customer data which the customers will access and modify using the web interface over the internet connection. Customers will also have mobile terminals that will run dedicated application accessing the same database. Mobile terminals will communicate with the back end using the internet connection. But optionally the back end may send configuration SMS to the mobile terminal.The clients, who are using the web interface, are newbie computer users. Therefore the web interface must be as easy and intuitive use as possible.

Project goals

- Design and implement the needed SQL database structure

- Develop easy to use web UI which interfaces with the database

- Develop interface for mobile applications to access the database

- Provide easy to use management interface for the database to add new customer data

Required team Competences

Web development, SQL databases, graphical design, programming, scripting, Internet protocols and usability.

Team size

3-4 persons.

- SIRU project is a part of TreLab Oy roadmap and portfolio

- SIRU project will eventually introduce a new concept to improve service quality in people care businesses

- This project has pilot customer cases identified

- There is potential opportunity to continue as a summer trainee in further development of the concept
