Having problems remembering small details of human body? All the bones and muscles and their names in latin? So do we and we also think that there's lots of people and institutions who could find some kind of learning environment very useful.
Currently there's no good, easy and usable platform for self-studying these issues. Graphical user interface, clear information and some way to compete with your self and co-students.
Project Goal
Project's goal is to implement fully working mobile/web learning environment that is usable with most of the mobile devices (Android, iPhone/iSomething, J2ME) and all modern web browsers.
Material (pics, descriptions, translations, quizzes, etc) should be downloadable over http connection and/or through application market as application extensions (plugins).
The platform should be so flexible that one could use it to teach/learn almost everything from organs to car parts with same principle: learn by seeing, quizzing and competing with other users anywhere, anytime.
Project could combine all these features and social networking in one clear web application that is preferably running in Django environment.
Project goal is also to implemented demo content e.g. with muscle and bone information
