Customizable process visualization

XMLdation.com is a growing company focused on payment processes and helping customers to get closer to full automation in payment processing. To help achieving this we would need a tool to easily visualize data flows between different parties.

Project goal

Project's goal is to implement a program which can be used to build customizable data flow visualizations between different parties. This tool should be efficient and easy to use, and it should allow user to visualize information transfer in the data flow.

User should be able to save completed visualizations. The program should be working with standard browsers.

One of the possible uses for the end program would be to create visualizations dealing with different data flow scenarios between ERP systems of two companies, but it’s clear that this kind of program would not be limited to only one purpose.

Team

The development environment will be up for the team to decide, but Flash/Javascipt are probably the most optimal for the project. The team could consist of 5-6 six people who have knowledge on Flash/Javascript programming and user interface design completed with someone who has pedagogic knowledge.
