Looking back at 2009 and our progress

So far 2009 have been better progression for our project. Initially we started the project with 9 members and one late entry of new member added some boost for the development team but due to some personal reasons she again have to leave the team. We also lost another member on december who went back to his home country after completion of his semester. Starting from scrap, we first outlined the concept and usability and also the main point of focus was attraction and motivation for the users to use this application. 

The growing age of social media and information sharing publicly may do some magic among the users of our application. So, we came up with the idea of developing the application on two platforms i.e. web based and mobile. The general concept of the application is sending the cognitive state of the people via the mobile and displaying it in the mobile as well as web page. 

So, we have two versions of our application one for the mobile and other for the webpage. Till now we are able to create and handle the database sent via the mobile and display it in the both forms, apart from that we have used map services in the webpage to display the cognitive state of people of the certain location. The work progression of 2009 was excellent and we are looking forward for the completion of the project very soon. We are also trying to apply some interactive map form to give the page more graphical look and make it more user friendly, for that we also conducted and open question survey for usability of the project.
