Project 101: Workflow management tool

Background and motivation

Protomo serves the developers of entrepreneur ideas as well as young talents and experienced professionals of different trades. It's basic idea is to provide facilities, support of the community and sparring from the experts, free of charge, to help develop new services and products for the market. In Protomo it's possible to develop product and service prototypes and spin-off business ideas without immediate risk and working together with potential clients. Protomo is a national service, with Hermia Ltd. coordinating it's development. There is a growing need for web-based toolset to coordinate Protomo operations and analyse the results.

Project goal

Project goal is to create a concept of the web-based toolset for managing Protomo operations and supporting community co-creation. Main responsibility for the project team is to design the concept and functionality of the online tool. The team should also evaluate possibilities to utilise available open source solutions.

Interaction between stakeholder and project team

The team will provide weekly updates to the stakeholders. The team and the stakeholders will maintain an open channel of communication on needed basis.
