Project Plan !

We have a vision to divide the project work in four phases.

1- Define specifications (2 weeks)
    i-  Problem definition
    ii- Software and hardware platform

2- Project goals and schedules (2 weeks)
    i-  Project limitations
    ii- Research and design

3- Implementation work (8 weeks)
    i-   Apply the prototype for a demo work
    ii-  Get desired results
    iii- Final reporting

4- Further development ideas (2 weeks)
    i-   Improvements and optimization
    ii-  Extension of new ideas for new results
    iii- Conclusion

The main problem solving part is to decide the software and hardware platform and methodology to adopt for real time 3D video on sterioscopic screen. We would come to a solution and specification stage in next two weeks. After Careful study and problem solving, the actual design methodology and implementation work would be started by the team.
