Now we have only one week left for our project. And we don't have the licenses (suprise suprise). So we decided to go with the plan B. The target of plan B is to create some material that promotes our project and the targets we are trying to achieve with this project. We are going to make somekind of a promoting video, that presents the meaning of the program. 

Last few weeks I've been quite busy so I haven't had much time for writing my blog. These weeks have mainly been just waiting for the iPhone licenses to arrive. Before we get them, we can't test our program properly. We still don't have any information about their arrival time so waiting continues... But we are still hopefull!

Last week I was so busy with preparing for the Finnish Latin Championships competition so I didn't have much time for example writing this blog. Also our team was there watching the competition and getting to know the dancing world. Hope the rest of the team got some glue about what we are talking about when we discuss about the different dances and so on!

This week our project team suffered from some flue and fever, but it didn't much prevent us from working. The programmers have done some real good job this week and they have really proceeded with some features of the program. Some of them are almost finished and ready to be tested. Still we have to struggle with the fact that we can't test the features before we get the iPhones.

This week I finally finished the first version of the project plan which wasn't so easy to make. But it is only the first version and usually project plans are quite flexible during the project so I didn't take too much pressure of that. It provides us some basic guidelines to follow during the project and makes project easier to manage.
