Schedule (Wednesday 25.8.2010)
AfterWork on thursday 8.7. at 16.00
The day for AfterWork pic-nic/haning around/party will be the thursday 8.7. We'll start at 16.00 in Demola and moving outside, if the weather is good. Some snacks and soft drinks will be offered by Demola, feel free to bring also your own snacks/refreshments!
Demola in LinkedIn
Demola is now also a group in LinkedIn. The group is closed and InnoSummer team members will be added by requests.
If you send a request for joining the group, mark 'Member in InnoSummer project 1/2010' (with the number of your own project) as your role/title.
If you want to specify a little more your role, replace 'Member' with 'Designer/Manager/Software developer' etc.
Lockers available
As some of you might have seen, there is nowadays quite a lot of lockers behind the Luna & Gaia negotiation rooms. So if you need one for the rest of InnoSummer period, just contact Taru - there is still plenty of lockers available!
WLAN during/after Akademy
As an aswer to the question concerning the wireless network during Akademy - there will be an own, separate WLAN for the Akademy participators. The demolan will be reserved in 'normal' use and Qt trainning kind of load problems should be avoided.
After the Akademy demolan ceases to exist and the new WLAN will take its place.
Feedback Sessions About Pitching on 5.7.
The Pitching session is over - pitchings were done properly and teams used well the given five minutes! As a follow-up Taru will have a feedback session with each one of the InnoSummer teams. The purpose of the sessions is to learn from the Pitching Event and have some ideas for the Final Presentations.
Feedback sessions are scheduled to monday 5.7. as follows:

Pitching event on monday 28.6. at 15:00-17:00
Already mentioned midway review for project results takes place on monday 28.6. at 15:00-17:00 in Demola. During the event all the teams will pitch their results and plans so far for both, other teams and company partners. Every team will have 5min for presenting their project - use it well, prepare properly and stick to the essential!
Rest of the team member photos
On the last week Tapani H photographed some of the InnoSummer team members and staff. The rest of the photos will be taken on the next monday 14.6. at 10.00. So those whose photos hasn't yet been taken, be ready then and make sure that you will be included in the gallery!
InnoAfternoon - every monday at 16:00 in Plevna (from 11.8. on moved to Wednesdays)
